Overview

Facial Pain Center located in Roseville, MN is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment
Professional customer service
Effective communicator and team player
Dental insurance knowledge is a plus

Work Schedule

no nights / no weekends

 

Mondays: off
Tuesdays: 6:30a-2:15p (Blaine East)
Wednesdays: 6:30a-2:15p (Radio Drive)
Thursdays: 6:30a-2:15p (Roseville)
Fridays: 6:30a-2:15p (Roseville)
