Overview

Park Dental Dean Lakes located in Shakopee, MN is seeking a compassionate, professional Scheduling Manager to join our team-oriented practice. As a scheduling manager you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment
Professional customer service
Effective communicator and team player
Dental insurance knowledge is a plus

Work Schedule

 

Mondays OFF
Tuesdays 12:30pm- 8:15pm
Wednesdays 6:30am-2:15pm
Thursdays 6:30am-2:15pm
Fridays 6:30am-4:15pm 1 hour lunch
Saturdays 7:00am-2:45pm 4 x a year
