Overview

Park Dental Maplewood is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.

 

Starting Salary: $23.50 - $26.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment
Professional customer service
Effective communicator and team player
Dental insurance knowledge is a plus

Work Schedule

Monday - OFF

Tuesday - 12:00p - 8:15p

Wednesday - 6:30a - 2:15p

Thursday - 6:30a - 2:15p

Friday - 6:30a - 2:15p

 

Saturday - 7:00a - 2:30p (approx 8/year)
