Overview

Park Dental Edina is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.

 

Starting Salary: $23.50 - $26.50 Per Hour

 

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment
Professional customer service
Effective communicator and team player
Dental insurance knowledge is a plus

Work Schedule

Monday: 1:30 PM-8:15 PM

Tuesday: 6:30 AM-2:15 PM

Wednesday: 6:30 AM-2:15 PM

Thursday: 6:30 AM-2:15 PM

Friday: OFF

Saturday: 7:00 AM-2:45 PM (only ~8 a year)
