Overview

Park Dental Hudson is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.

 

Starting Salary: $23.50 - $26.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment
Professional customer service
Effective communicator and team player
Dental insurance knowledge is a plus

Work Schedule

Monday:  6:30am - 2:15pm (Hudson)

Tuesday:  1:30pm - 8:15pm (Hudson)

Wednesday: 9:30am - 5:15pm (Apple River - Somerset, WI)

Thursday: 8:30am - 4:15pm (Apple River - Somerset, WI)

Friday:  6:30am - 4:15pm (Hudson)

Saturday:  7:00am - 2:45pm (approx 6/year)
