Overview

Hegstad Family Dental is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.

 

Starting Salary: $24.00-$27.15 per hour

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment
Professional customer service
Effective communicator and team player
Dental insurance knowledge is a plus

Work Schedule

Monday’s: OFF

Tuesday’s: 1:30pm-8:15pm

Wednesday’s: 6:30am-2:15pm

Thursday’s: 6:30am-3:45pm

Friday’s: 6:30am-2:15pm

Saturday’s: 7:00am-2:45pm (4 per year, starting 2027)
