Patient, Practice, Team Member Support:
- Provide support to team members through effective communication and personal attention, using appropriate communication strategies and taking the appropriate steps to resolve questions and issues
- Respond to patient concerns and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Effectively communicate and develop a strong working relationship with the Doctors and all Team Members and promote teamwork through cooperative and professional behavior
The Patient Communication Specialist is responsible for supporting multiple practices with phone coverage and scheduling of appointments to provide service excellence to our patients.
